A New Era of Aircraft Ownership
For jet card/membership users and aircraft owners flying 50–150 hours/year, PIA Managed Co-Ownership allows you to fly all your trips, in your aircraft – at half the cost.
3-Minute Program Overview
how it works
PARTNERS IN AVIATION INTRODUCES YOU TO:
1
Qualified Co-Owner Candidates
Your co-owner will share your region and your aircraft model-interest. They will complement your flying needs, so you both get the access you require.
2
The Right Aircraft
Whether new or pre-owned, we provide options in every category, from Turboprop and Light Jets to Mid, SuperMid, and Heavy Jets, and we work with all major OEMs.

pia managed co-ownership Features:

A PROFESSIONAL MANAGER
(Selected by Both Co-Owners)
This is Managed Co-Ownership.
Your manager employs your dedicated crew and handles all details of scheduling, maintenance, and cost-sharing, which is their expertise.
They are dedicated to protecting the interests of both owners.

AUTONOMY IN TAX & TITLE
This is Co-Ownership, not a Partnership.
You are treated like a sole-owner for tax and title. Depreciation, including bonus, is available to you.

THE SECURITY YOU REQUIRE
This is Ownership, not Membership.
Jet Card and membership programs carry inherent risk tied to the success or failure of the operator.
PIA co-owners are protected by the substantial equity investment of their co-owner and a Co-Ownership Agreement that provides the security demanded by our discerning clients and their counsel.

THE ACCESS YOU REQUIRE
Jet Cards offer 24/7/365 access—but at a premium due to their infrastructure.
Sole-ownership gives you full access but comes with 100% of the costs.
PIA Managed Co-Ownership gives you access to your aircraft 25+ days per month—at half the cost. For those flying ~100 hours a year, it’s a smarter, more cost-effective way to fly all your trips.

Well-Defined Terms
The PIA Co-Ownership Agreement includes defined and transparent terms for:
- How you own the aircraft
- How you share the aircraft
- How you exit, continue or upgrade
- How you are protected from default
PIA Managed Co-Ownership matches two owners to one aircraft and pairs them to the appropriate aircraft manager. Owners fly their aircraft, on their schedule, with their crew, at half the cost of traditional private aviation options. PIA also pro-vides the legal structure, designed and vetted by our industry’s top legal counsel, that protects co-owners from the risks of D.I.Y. partnerships, and provides access comparable to sole ownership.
PIA IS BUILT FOR AIRCRAFT CURRENT
AIRCRAFT OWNERS & NON-OWNERS

CURRENT AIRCRAFT OWNER
Keep your plane, your crew, and your standards – at half the cost. PIA helps current owners sell a 50% interest and fly all their trips.

NON-OWNER
Jet-card/membership user ready to grow beyond your program? We’ll explore two paths for non-owners to enter PIA Managed Co-Ownership.
PATH 1
CHOOSE A CURRENT
OPPORTUNITY
We’ll introduce you to current aircraft owners in your area who are looking to sell a 50% share of their aircraft.

You acquire a
50% interest in
the aircraft.
PATH 2
CREATE A NEW
OPPORTUNITY
We’ll connect you with other non-owners – like you – interested in a similar make/model and the value proposition of paying half.

You acquire a 50% in the aircraft you two choose.
BOTH PATHS LEAD TO THE SAME DESTINATION: TWO OWNERS, ONE AIRCRAFT. HALF THE COST.
